Buyer Work Center users getting "You must save your changes before continuing" in inquiry screen


ERROR

"You must save your changes before continuing" in Procurement inquiry screen, when clicking on View invoices.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into EBS > Purchasing Responsibility
2. Go to Buyer Work Center > Agreements
3. Query Agreement
