Symptoms

When attempting to perform a Lease Amendment
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Lease Workbench

2. Query the lease

3. Click on the Amend button

4. Enter the details and click on save
