This is a item returned as it was Advanced Replaced by the product group. If customer repairs/refurbishes it is now a used item, and needs to be put into stock as a "R" suffix. Customer needs a solution to return it to stock as the R item without losing the instance history.
Advance exchange when the customer sends the product for repair need to mark it as refurbished once they repair it .
How should customer do it? Can this be automated ?
Is there a solution as customer wants to maintain item instance history
