/tmp Contains Txt Files With Header: "this File Contains Log For Diagnosing Oracle SR 3-9557717831" (Doc ID 2700238.1)

Symptoms

In production environment there are seen a lot of txt files in the /tmp filesystem  under each Application server with header:

      NOTE: this file contains log for diagnosing Oracle SR X-XXXXXXX

This SR reference is unknown to the client.

There does not appear to be any really error message in the files but may be generated because of lost user sessions/connections.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Review tmp file directory
2. Notice files with strange name and unrecognized SR reference
