Line Status Is Showing As Released To Warehouse And Requested Quantity As 0 (Doc ID 2700253.1)

Symptoms

Find that performing an Exception Pick mobile pick load is creating a sales order with the quantity as 0 and line status of released to warehouse but there is no open move order.


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Perform exception pick on mobile pick load page
1. Have the sales order with allocated lots
2. Perform an exception pick to override the lot
3. Find that a new line is created on the sales order with a status of released to warehouse and quantity 0
