ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
GLTRBALD: Trial Balance - Detail is taking nearly four hours to complete 12.2.9 compared to less than thirty minutes in R12.1.x
Have compiled Accounting Flexfield, Gathered Schema Statistics on ALL, APPLSYS, and GL and still seeing this poor performance.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Complete in nearly thirty minutes.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Upgraded to R12.2.9 from to R12.1.3
2. Run GLTRBALD: Trial Balance - Detail Report.
3. It took four hours to complete while it took half hour in 12.1.3 instance.
