Symptoms
When trying to Find a course for a competency where a Gap is found for the Appriasee, following error appears

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Main Appraiser into the Application.
2. Navigate to function "Performance Management".
3. In the launched page, click on the button against the task "Manage Appraisal".
4. In the launched page, click on "Update" against the Appraisee who needs to be appraised.
5. Now in the launched page, Click on "Give Final Rating" button.
6. In the launched page, under the Cluster "Competency Gaps", Under "Courses", Click on the button "Add Courses Based on Competency Gaps".
7. In the launched page, select Single Competency or Multiple Competencies, to which the Appraisee needs some course training.
8. Now click on the "Find Courses" button and got the above error message.
9. On opening the exception log, observed the above log message.
