Quantities Does Not Show On WIP Discrete Job Operations Screen (Doc ID 2700560.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

For some discrete jobs, the Operations form (Quantities tab) does not show the Completed Quantity once the job status is complete.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Operations form (Quantities tab) to show the Completed Quantity once the job status is complete

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Work In Process.
2. Go to Discrete Jobs -> Operations.
3. Query job.
4. Find blank 'Completed' column under Quantities tab.
