Symptoms


The "ECC Run Data Load" program (Short Name ECCRUNDL) submitted by "Payables Command Center Data Load" program for incremental load fails with the following error message in the log file:

Due to this, the new data is not uploaded on the ECC Dashboard.



STEPS
-----------------------


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Run the "Payables Command Center Data Load" program.

2. The "ECC Run Data Load" program (Short Name ECCRUNDL) submitted.
