Symptoms

When attempting to update funding through API UPDATE_AGREEMENT,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error: ORA-01403: no data found_AMG (PROJECT=)##ORA-01403: no data found_AMG


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to SQLPLUS
2. Run API script pa_agreement_pub.update_agreement
