ORA-29273, ORA-29024 Error When Create/Update Address In Emplopyee Self-Services Or IRecruitment (Doc ID 2701002.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create/update an address for an iRecruitment account or by using Employee Self-Services,
the following error occurs.


ERROR
ORA-29273: HTTP request failed ORA-29024: Certificate validation failure in Package hr_person_address_swi Procedure create_person_address




STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iRecruitment External url
2. Register a new account or update existing
3. Error occurs when entering address details
