Position Query from Organization Diagrammer Throws "Your Connection To The TCF SocketServer Was Lost" Error (Doc ID 2701026.1)

Symptoms

When searching for a position in Organization Diagrammer, the following error occurs:

ERROR
'Your connection to the TCF SocketServer was lost. The server may have gone down, or your connection may have timed out.'

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1.HRMS Manager
2.Navigate to Organization / Diagrammer
3.Query for Name: [XX Hierarchy]
4. Select Open Editor button
5. Select and Expand [XX Organization]
6. Select Position Button
7. Enter Position [%Position_Name%]
8. Select Find button

error occurs

Note*: This happens on the instance having the following file versions:

OrgServer.java120.45.12020000.5
PosServer.java120.44.12020000.2

But not on lower versions.
