Journal Import Output not able to View After Applying PSU and CPU Patches. (Doc ID 2701347.1)

Symptoms

Unable to open journal import, FSG and journal posting output file. The issue is only with GL, there is no issue with other modules.

For example, FINFF.13863753 is the file getting generated instead of o13863753.out.
When FINFF.13863753 is being opened, it is having proper and correct content.


Changes

 The issue arises after applying the PSU and CPU Patches.
