Sshr Transactions Going For Approval Even When Entered By Supervisor (Doc ID 270138.1)

SSHR transactions requiring approvals have been set to go up one level at most and this is working fine for employees.  However, when a manager enters the transaction for the employee it is not recognizing that  they are the manager (and therefore it should auto approve) and it is still going for approval.

Customer needs Employee’s transaction to go for approval but, if the Manager entered it on behalf of the employee then it wouldn't go for the approval
