Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Subledger Accounting Uptake for Receivables

To process Final events in Period Close Subledger Exception Report, Customer ran "Transfer Journal Entries to GL"
It spawns "Journal Import"
Unable to query the records in General Ledger.
Find that records have ledger_id is stamped with negative value
For e.g., if the correct ledger_id is 1 , in GL tables (GL_JE_HEADERSand  GL_JE_LINES) the value is -1
The issue was seen after Oracle Database Ugprade to 19c
