ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After submitting the Appraisal and clicking the confirmation message twice the appraisal shows stuck in pending approval.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The appraisal will receive the final rating.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main appraiser submit his employees appraisal with rating 3.
2. If rating is 3 then no approval required
3. Manager sometimes clicks twice on the confirmation message
4. Appraisal stuck at “Pending approval” which is wrong
