Asset is not completely impaired in reporting book, though it is completely impaired in Primary book
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the asset should get impaired completely in
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform the impairment
2. The asset is impaired in primary book
3. But the same is not done reporting
