Total Compensation Statement Not Generated for Suspended Employees

Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 R12.HR_PF.B.Delta.9 version, Total Compensation Statement
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
An employee who is on maternity leave but still eligible for benefits is not able to access Total Compensation Statement.
It says 'Statement not available'.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expected to be able to see Total Compensation Statement for employees having Suspended Assignment
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as an employee having Suspend Assignment
3. Go to US Super HRMS Manager --> Total Compensation Statement setup wizard
--> Total Compensation Statement --> Generate Employee Statement
select
-Statement Name
-STATEMENT PERIOD
-Generate Statements For Selected Employees Only
4. Submit
5. Navigate to the Print Statements and noted that 'Statement not available'.
Changes
Assignment status was suspended for the affected employee
