Using Purchasing, Version 12.1/12.2


Actual:
Upon upgrading - its not possible to save the purchase order

Expected:
Error is encountered, and its not expected.

Error:
APP-PO-14142: On_insert-002: ORA-0000.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the purchase order
2. Save
3. Error occurs
