On : 12.1.3 version, Leases

Generate Schedules and Items request end with below error:

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PN_SCHEDULES_ITEMS", line 8929
ORA-06512: at line 1
