Error When Adding A Note To Service Request In ISupport (Doc ID 2702445.1)

On : 12.2.7 version, Service Request

Following Error message shown in iSupport when opening an SR straight away under Add a Note section

"No Message found!"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications as an iSupport user
2. Create a Service Request (SR)
3. Submit SR and enter note text on existing SR in iSupport
4. Click Update
=> Above Error visible under "Add a note" section*
