Inventory Organization is missing/not visible in list of Internal source organizations after clicking the "Click here to select source" link in iProcurement search results (Doc ID 2702477.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

One Inventory organization is missing in list of Internal Organizations displayed in Select Item Source Page. This is recently created Inventory Organization.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Internal Inventory organizations in the "Select Item Source" Page should have the newly created inventory organization.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement responsibility > iProcurement Home Page
3. Search for item
4. Click on the hyperlink "Select the source"
5. The list of Internal Inventory Organizations do not display the newly created organization.
