Service Contract Is Not Showing Invoice Details If Opened From Customer Care (Doc ID 270311.1)

Symptoms

Cannot open 'Invoice Details' form of an active Contract starting from the Contact Center form. Receiving error :

'Function not available to this responsibility.
Change responsibilities or contact your System Administrator.'


Using Customer Support responsibility:

1. Navigate to Customer Management -> Contact Center
2. Select the desired account.
3. Open the Dashboard tab.
4. Position the cursor on the Active Contracts link.
5. Double click Active Contracts.
6. Double click on an active contract.
7. Click on Tools > 'Invoice Details' .
Receive the error:
'Function not available to this responsibility.
Change responsibilities or contact your System Administrator.'
