Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, API Issues
When attempting to create an operation using the gmd_operations_pub.insert_operation API,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Invalid UOM code
This is happening with all UOM codes. The operations can be created using the standard forms.

1. Try to create an operation using the API
