Symptoms
When attempting to do an LPN Completion on the mobile function,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
'Could not default values: For input string: "16, 0". Press any key to continue
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the LPN Completion transaction mobile function (Assembly Completion by LPN)
Responsibility = Work In Process (WIP)
Navigation = LPN Completion
2. Enter org id.
3. Create LPN Completion, state = "defned but not used"
4. Enter job name.
5. Error
