Entering Serial number At The Time Of Receiving During "Inspect" Transaction Causing Lock On Serial (Doc ID 2704193.1)

Symptoms


Unable to transact serial numbers

When user enter serial number at the time of receiving during "Inspect" transaction then the serial number would be locked and users will not be able to perform transaction.

Steps
1. Perform "Receive" transaction for serialized item
2. Enter serial number with "Accept" status while performing inspect transaction.
3. Perform "Deliver" transaction and now the serial gets locked
