Symptoms

 ECC V4 PO ECC Supplier Analysis Data Load full load failed with error ORA-01476: divisor is equal to


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Installed and configured ECC V4.
2. Integrated with EBS R12.2.9.
3. Followed all the steps and applied patches to configure Project Procurement.
4. Submitted Full load concurrent request "PO ECC Supplier Analysis Data Load". It failed with error:

ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zeroORA-06512: at "APPS.PO_SUPP_ECC_UTIL_PUB", line 1180ORA-06512: at "APPS.PO_SUPP_ECC_UTIL_PUB", line 572ORA-06512: at "APPS.PO_SUPP_ANALYSIS_ECC_PKG", line 39

 

Changes
