Goal
ENHANCEMENT REQUEST DESCRIPTION
===============================
Ability to get an approved Lease to the Draft Mode, by rejecting the lease which was initiated from 'Edit' Lease function.
It was observed that when an edited Lease is rejected by one of the approval level it is coming to the draft mode. (Edited Leases are already approved and only few of the fields can be changed at the editing stage).
System does not have control over making below changes to an approved lease (as per PM Module these changes has to be restricted on an approved record) via below workaround.
Create Lease --> Approve(all 3 approval levels)--> Edit(with recommended changes)--> Submit --> Reject(from whatever approval level)--> Find and Open the lease.
Upon rejecting a record lease come back to draft mode and below changes which are restricted on an approved lease can be done.
E.g..:
- Changing the Proration Rule
- Removing a Payment Line
- Changing the Payment Currency
- Changing Payment Frequency of a payment line
- Changing Start date of a Payment Line
BUSINESS NEED
=============
System should restrict making above changes though the record comes to 'Draft' status.
