Labels For 2nd Layer Pack Are Displaying The Wrong LPN Value.
(Doc ID 2705040.1)
Last updated on AUGUST 26, 2020
Applies to:Oracle Warehouse Management - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
When generating/printing 2nd layer (nested) label the LPN Number printed on the label is always the parent LPN Number form the 1st layer pack.
1st Layer LPN --> XX-100100
2nd Layer LPN --> XX-100101
The 2nd layer label shows XX-100100 where XX-100101 was expected.
This incorrect LPN number is also reflected in the Label Requests History.
The issue is isolated to the "Pick Drop" flow (business flow code = 19).
Both the "Pick Load" (business flow code = 18) and "Pack / Unpack / Split LPN" (business flow code = 20) are not impacted by this issue.
--STEPS TO REPRODUCE--
1. In mobile WMS pack lpn XX-100101 into XX-100100
2. Print the labels for the LPN XX-100100
3. See that all labels have the parent LPN XX-100100
Applied Patch 17009813:R12.WMS.B
