ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Employees facing performance issue while searching candidates in the Employee Referral Page. 

When attempting to search candidates based on Last Name it fetches results in expected time.
But  when the search is performed against Last Name and First Name it takes huge time

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected to return faster as other search results. 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. iRecruitment Employee -> Employee Referal

2. Search for Candidate by using Last Name and First Name takes more time.
