MINISITE_ID doesn't change in the cart when switching minisites (Doc ID 2705230.1)

Minisite Id is not updating in quote header after switching from one site to other site.

User adds item in cart in minisite 1

User deletes the item, switches to minisite 2

User adds one item to cart, place order. Notice the minisite remains populated with the value from minisite 1.
