Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Bills

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In routing, in alternates resources, system allows to definie the same resource twice with the same Schedule Sequence.
Resource occurs in first record with basic type: Item and in second record with basic type: Lot.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Not allow the second record

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Inventory
2. Navigation: Routings -> Routings
