Business Case:

User has created the Imports Receipt on which, Customs Duty and IGST are applicable.

BOE Invoice is applied to the receipt.

Return to Vendor(RTV) transaction is done.

System has generated the RTV Debit Memo.

Observe that the RTV Debit Memo is created only for the Item line amount. The tax amounts are not included in the RTV Debit memo.
