Form Hangs on Closing or Cancelling Post Mass Additions or Delete Mass Additions (Doc ID 2705957.1)

'Post Mass Additions' form FNDRSRUN.fmb freezes and does not respond to
"Submit" or "Cancel" buttons or the "X" icon.
The only way to exit the form is to kill the process on the local PC.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following step:
1. Submit Mass Additions Post via navigation Mass Additions > Post Mass Addition, then attempt to exit form

The same problem occurs with the Delete Mass Additions form.


 Normally encountered after patch 28604108:R12.FND.C is applied on 12.2.x versions or patch 28811335:R12.FND.B is applied on 12.1 versions.
