Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Find Duplicated Service Lines are added after changing Service Ref Option Number

Expected Behavior
Expect duplicated Service Lines are not added after changing Service Ref Option Number

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create PTO Model Order

    SO:1000

    Line  Item
    1.1   PTO-Model
    1.1.1 Op1
    1.1.2 Op2
    1.1.3 Op3

  2. Create Service Line Order

    SO:2000

    Line     Service Ref Order Number Service Ref Option Number
    1.1..1   1000                     0
    1.1.1..1 1000                     1
    1.1.2..1 1000                     2
    1.1.3..1 1000                     3

  3. Change Service Ref Option Number as follows. (By mistake)

    Line     Service Ref Order Number Service Ref Option Number
    1.1..1   1000                     1

    Save

  4. Change Service Ref Option Number back to 0 as follows.

    Line     Service Ref Order Number Service Ref Option Number
    1.1..1   1000                     0

  5. Lines are duplicated as follows.

    Line     Service Ref Order Number Service Ref Option Number
    1.1...1  1000                     null
    1.1.1..1 1000                     1
    1.1.1..1 1000                     1
    1.1.2..1 1000                     2
    1.1.2..1 1000                     2
    1.1.3..1 1000                     3
    1.1.3..1 1000                     3
