How To Do Open Work Order Migration With Both User Defined Start And Completion Dates (Doc ID 2706552.1)

We are migrating open work orders (at different stages of routing) from SAP to Oracle EBS. The work orders have start date and completion date which are user defined, not calculated or scheduled based on Work order assembly routing.

Oracle does not allow both start and completion date to be user defined (we can pass only one of the dates).

The data conversion program we are using is not capable of creating operations and add resource usages.

Is there a way to handle it - can we override routing based lead time calculation temporarily? So that system accepts both start date and completion date.
