Sales order form stuck


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
when looking for the sales order form the following note pops up:

ERROR
You are not allowed to update Order lines because order line has been closed.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate : Order Management > Order Organizer > query the sales order
3. Above note displays.
4. It keeps blocking the user from taking any actions on the lines that are open.
