User Receive Only "Validation Failed" Error Message On The Template.

Symptoms
User receive only "Validation Failed" error message on the template.
Users copy the data from an existing template and paste it on the template and click on Upload.
It was observed that if the profile 'BNE: Enable OOXML Standard' is set to 'No', the same copy paste (along with the same 'Need by Date') works just fine.
There are no additional details on the error displayed, just "Validation failed."
Bne logs show the below error messages
