Symptoms


The FAS400: Journal Entry Reserve Ledger Report errors with below, when try to open the rtf file with Report Builder .

ERROR

REP-0756: Warning: Unable to find PL/SQL library 'FARSV'.
REP-0756: Warning: Unable to find PL/SQL library 'fadolif'.
REP-0736: There exist uncompiled program unit(s).

No error encounter when run above report is submitted from the application.
