Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On iSupport version 12.1.3

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In iSupport > Create Service Request page, the "Product" List of Values is missing values after CPU patching.

After applying several CPU patches (listed below) while creating a service request using iSupport the Product description list of values is no longer returning expected values.
Prior to patching the the Product Description LOV showed the correct/expected # of products in the LOV.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User expects to only see 12 products in the LOV as prior to the CPU patching.
Instead, there are now thousands of results in the LOV but none of the 12 expected products.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iSupport > Create Service Request
2. Select request type
3. Within the Identify Product region, click on the look-up button beside "Product Description" field. A pop-up window appears which omits some products, and shows other products not expected.
