Transaction Monitor Does Not Display Some Transactions (Doc ID 2708329.1)

Symptoms

 Issue :

  Transaction Monitor Screen does not return all the Transactions of an Employee. 

Few Transactions are missed. Though, the transactions are approved and displayed in respective Forms without any issues. 

 

Steps :

1) Employee Self Service -> Transaction Monitor 

2) Query for Approved & Completed Transactions 

 

You will not see the Approved record of a Transaction.  

During our analysis, we took an Absence Record.   The same Transaction is visible in   Absence Summary and Core Absence Form. 

Also the Transaction can be viewed in Status Monitor too.
