On : 12.2 version, Lease Authoring

Contract Activation fails during Validation step with errors

Check contract Error OKC_CONTRACTS_UNEXP_ERROR (SQLCode=1)(SQLerrm=User-Defined Exception)
Check Effectivity Dates Error Start date and end date are not in chronological order or have invalid values for contract line 1.
Check Effectivity Dates Error Start date and end date are not in chronological order or have invalid values for contract line 1.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lease Super User > Import contract
2. Activate the contract
3. Contract activation fails during Validation step with errors
