On : 12.2.4 version, Lot Based Job

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Incorrect Component Issued Quantity in resulting lot based job after Merging multiple WIP lots in Queue intra-operation step

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the component issued quantity to be correct

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Resp: Shop Floor Management
2. We start a job and then split it into 2 job lots and then consume components into separate jobs.
3. After merging these jobs into one, the issued quantity of component will not match actual consumed quantity
