Error When Defining a Dunning Plan - Range Is Not Continuous On Aging Bucket Line

Symptoms
In 12.2.8, when defining multiple ranges for a single Aging bucket line, the following error occurs:
Range is not continuous on aging Bucket Line - XX - XX Days Overdue
- where XX represents the values from the aging bucket.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Collections Adminstrator
Navigation: Setup Checklist > Create Dunning Plan
- Define a dunning plan similar to the following:
Bucket ScoreLow ScoreHigh
15-15 1 15
15-15 15.01 100 - When clicking on Next in the definition train, the following error occurs:
Range is not continuous on aging Bucket Line - 15 - 15 Days Overdue
