Problem Code Mapping Page Cannot Apply Changes Like End Date (Doc ID 2709487.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Setup flow

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Problem Code Mapping page cannot Apply changes like End Date

When users open up the Problem Code Mapping screen and enter an "End Date" in one of the Mapping lines and then click "Apply" no confirmation message shows up and the data does not save.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect on Problem Code Mapping page,a confirmation message shows up that the data has saved.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Service responsibility
3. Navigate to Setup >Mapping >Problem Code Mapping
4.End date one of the mapping and click apply

no confirmation message shows up and the data does not save.
