iProcurement Personalization Adding Item ID Not Available (Doc ID 2709661.1)

Goal

Trying to add the item number in several iProcument Requisition Self Service form. After turning on the profile options the personalization to add this item number is not available.  How can the item id be added via personalization to the Requisition form during checkout?
