Oracle Workflow Builder Stops Working After Changes To Data Execution Protection (DEP) (Doc ID 2709767.1)

Goal

Oracle Workflow Builder stopped working after our security organization made a change to the Data Execution Protection (DEP) for all our windows machines. The change was made for a CAT I STIG requirement (highest level) and needs to be in place in order to ensure the safety and security of our data.

The only way to get the Builder work is to turn off DEP.
