R12.2 HRMS RUP 13 version of HR_SECURITY_INTERNAL changes causing performance issue
Recently applied R12.2 HRMS RUP13 patch which as delivered new version of HR_SECURITY_INTERNAL package.
In this new version of the environment, there is a performance issue with searching for employee.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

There are no performance issues when searching for employees.
