ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

All children segment values are not appearing in account hierarchy for few parent segment values.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All children segment values should be appearing in account hierarchy.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to General Ledger responsibility.
2. Navigate to Setup > Accounts > Manager
3. Click Chart of Accounts
4. Apply a cursor to an account segment and click the Find button.
