Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version,
When attempting to setup profile option PO: Attachments to display in Notification Header,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

APP-FND-01434: fdlsql cannot find FROM clause in QuickPick statement.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to System Administrator responsibility > Profiles > System or Functional Administrator responsibility > Core Services > Profiles
2. Try to set the profile PO: Attachments to display in Notification Header
